very much touched by le Silence de la Mer. the 2004 verison. this lonely, hopeless, tragical love...besides, the nazi officer was heart-breakingly handsome.
then i asked myself whether i was captivated by this movie only becoz it got beautiful actors, so i watched its 1949 version, which had ugly actors (excuse me) as well as wooden acting...
the answer is probably yes. - i was bored to death by 1949 version.
so now, not only i want to become a nzi that kills off all human beings, i also want to marry one. or can we at least revive their uniform? i doubt that german men r naturally better looking, it must be the uniform.
the other things i'm reading or 'after' these days:
Hard Drive - the microsoft story. a very informative recount of MS and Bill Gates story. for one thing, i'm surprised that Gates was actually a womanizer, well, to some extent. i had thought he's just a nerd and shrewd bizman devoting all his time studying computer and making money. not 100% sure, but seems MS and Gates don't look that 'evil' as alleged. seems they r just some successful biz model! besides, MS workers and their working environment feel kinda like google! in the sense they r all extremely talented and creative and ...umm, fun?
the Google Story - just begun reading.
Hablas Espanol? / BBC Mundo - es un blog espanol de dos corresponsales de BBC Miami que viajan a traves de EEUU hablando espanol y de camino hacen preguntas a y conversan con cualquier persona hispanohablante. muy interesante.
y otras cosas en espanol :D
hooray, my first blog en espanol! and i wrote a very long sentence using attributive clauses too, heehee
